1.Senior Accounts Executive (Klang Valley)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles several full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL & Reporting), including reconciliations and preparation of schedules.

  • Manage month-end closing and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR and AP are posted accurately.

  • Take full responsibility for finance and accounting performance as well as monthly closing, ensuring timely reporting with respect to deadlines.

  • Provide financial information and reports on a timely basis to internal and external parties, including shareholders, management, and banks.

  • Maintain and provide proper accounting records for development accounts.

  • Liaising with bankers with regard to facilities matters.

  • Responsible for cash flow forecast and planning and reports to the CFO.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Min Diploma in accounting and above.

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.

  • Team player with excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Experience in Million Accounting Software is an added advantage.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.

  • Preferably able to start work on short notice.

2. Sales Executive (Klang Valley/Outstation)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily sales operations.

  • Responsible for formulating and implementing the appropriate and effective marketing/ sales strategy to achieve sales targets.

  • Responsible for monitoring sales collection and ensuring customer payment on time

  • Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining business and social relationships with current and potential clients.

  • Responsible for regular follow-up with the client, presentation to the client and close monitoring of sales closure.

  • Responsible for providing good after-sales service to clients to ensure clients’ satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Responsible for providing constant customer feedback/requests and market updates to the management.

  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

  • Fluent in oral and written English with strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.

  • Good follow-through skills, responsive to clients’ needs.

  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skills.

  • Resourceful, aggressive and result oriented.

  • Posses own transport and is willing to travel outstation.

  • Able to work under pressure, be self-motivated, result oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • A strong interest in Medical/Medical Imaging is an added advantage.

  • 1-2 year’s sales experience (preferably)

  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

3. Marketing Executive (Klang Valley)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan marketing campaigns that are synonymous with trends and oversee the entire process.

  • Measure and analyze the data of each campaign

  • Participate in digital marketing content planning and execution of operational

  • Assist in ad-hoc marketing activities


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of working experience.

  • Requires language: English & Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Good strategic planning, marketing skills and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative

  • Posses strong knowledge, willing to learn and work independently.

4. Service Engineer (Sabah)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Servicing, Trouble-shooting, Commissioning and maintenance of Diagnostic / Medical Equipment

  • Attend Field Service as and when it is necessary.

  • Support Sales & Application team.

  • Maintain an excellent customer relationship with all key customers

  • Training will be provided.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Biomedical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

  • Min. 1 year of working experience in medical industries is preferred.

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to handle pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills with good common English language and Bahasa Malaysia  

  • Computer literate.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
